How do I convert U-100 units to U-40 units?

Convert through volume. U-100 units ÷ 100 = mL; mL × 40 = U-40 units. So U-40 units = U-100 units × 0.4. Example: 10 U-100 units = 0.10 mL = 4 U-40 units.
